2025 Update

St William have submitted a planning application to Newham Council for permission to remove the trees along the Bow Creek riverbank, west of the site. This is necessary for Cadent to undertake essential rationalisation works to an underground gas main and conduct investigation work on the river wall, ensuring future construction does not negatively impact Bow Creek.

The development, which has resolution to grant planning permission, will include a large re-planting strategy to increase tree cover and gradually enhance the look and feel of the area over time.
