We were delighted to take part in Newham Heritage Month this month – the borough wide festival showcasing the rich and diverse history of Newham.
We ran 10 guided tours around Bromley-by-Bow Gasworks, welcoming a further 75 people on site. Attendees had the opportunity to join a Sketch & Walk tour with local artist Lydia Thornley, or a Heritage tour led by local historian David Charnick.
The tours offered the opportunity to get up close to the gasholders, learn about the fascinating industrial history and meet the team to hear more about the future of the site.
You can view the latest design material here and tell us what you think.
We will run more tours later in the year, do sign up to our mailing list here to keep updated.
